Step 1: Install Accent

Download OvernightScribe Accent app on your iOS device from the App Store (free trial is only available on iOS platform)

Step 2: Activate Your Free Credits

Successful sign-in to iCloud will activate guest access and free Credits allocated to you

Select Guest Notes & Dictations

Dictations will be saved on respective devices. Transcribed notes will be saved in your iCloud drive, so that they can be accessed from all your devices.

Step 3: Create Dictation

Tap Plus (+) icon to create new dictation

Step 4: Choose Template

Choose a template right for the desired patient encounter type

Step 5: Choose Record Option

Choose Record Dictation option

Enter Name and Date of Service

Tap Select to open Dictation view

Step 6: Record Dictation

Tap record button to start recording

Use the Action button for more edit (insert/overwrite) options

Close Dictation view when done

Step 7: Upload

Tap upload button to send dictation over to us for transcription

Enable notifications to get alerted when note is ready

Step 8: Delivery

Transcribed notes are delivered in 2-8 hours, depending on the size and complexity.

Make further edits, if needed
Insert signature
Export as PDF, RTF or Text file

Note will be saved to your iCloud account, and you can access it from any iOS device by installing Accent on it.
