Is there a subscription fee?
There is no subscription charges involved in accessing our services.
You will only be invoiced for the transcription jobs you assign us.
How do I enroll users of my Practice?
After setting up your Practice account, you could
enroll users online, using your practice's adminstrative user-id.
Each user who would like to use the system should be added to your Practice account.
It is recommended not to share a single user-id between more than one user
because of security and auditing purposes. Each user will be assigned a unique
user-id to use online system and a dial-id to use dictation system.
How complex is switching to your system?
Overnight Scribe Online system is extremely user friendly and self-explanatory.
You can register and start using our system immediately.
How do I dictate?
You can either use a Toll Free phone number to dial in or
use an Olympus digital voice recorder (DVR) to dictate.
You can dictate from anywhere, anytime using a touch-tone
telephone to our Toll Free number. You dial the dedicated number and
system will guide you through.
Can I dictate more than one report in a single call?
You can make as many dictations as you want in one single call. After each dictation is
done, you have the option to save, send or delete your dictation.
What do I do if get a busy signal at the Toll Free number?
Our digital dictation system is setup with dedicated lines to let all our clients to
dictate at the same time. So we don't foresee a situation where you get a busy tone.
How secure are my documents?
We have adopted the latest security practices in networking and
data storage to ensure data security during transmission, transcription
and during storage. We constantly update our systems to integrate the
latest technological advances.
How are transcriptions delivered to me?
Your dictations are transcribed in Report Template format you created
and delivered via the online system. You could login to the online system and
review completed transcriptions. Approve reviewed transcritpion and then download, email,
print or fax them at your convenience.
Can I automate Approval & Delivery?
Yes, you can automate the entire process of approval and delivery by setting
approval parameters for each user.
Can I make Edit transcribed report?
Yes, you can edit your reports online any time. All access (print, download, send, edit) to
reports are logged.
What is a Report Template?
Report Template is the layout and content of a particular report type. You could
create unlimited number of templates with your choice of fields and layout. While
dictating you could specify the template that you prefer to transcribe into.
How long my reports are archived?
All approved reports are archived as long as you utilize our service. This search enabled
archive is very convenient to track your records.
Can I update profiles of my account and users?
Yes, using your practice's administrative user-id you could update
your account details as well as user's.
Can I review my activities?
Online system is equipped with a comprehensive reporting tool to show your
activities on monthly or yearly basis.
Can I review my account status?
Your account statements, Invoices and payment information are
available online.
